The complex has a privileged position as it is very close to several key points. For example it is just 500 meters from the airport, but its position is not in the flight path therefore it is not affected by aircraft noise,it is 200 meters from the bus stop and taxi stand, 200m from a mini market, 50 meters from a tavern, 1 km from the beach Ammes, 6 km from the tourist resort of Lassi and just 8km from the capital of the island Argostoli.

In a 6000 square meter estate are three separate buildings, of which, two were built in 2007 and the third was fully renovated in 2008. There is in hotel: Pool, Pool Bar, Indoor Bar, Parking, Children's Garden, Wi fi internet at the bars, Satelite TV in the bar, Balcony with sea view, Air conditioning, Kitchen, Kettle, Safe box, WC, Telephone in the room. There is a pool bar and an indoor bar with wireless internet access and a satellite television. We have onsite parking and a swimming pool, with pool loungers and umbrellas.
