FONDA CENTRAL HOTEL

We have a restaurant open for the general public and a bar-coffeeshop, where you can get drinks and local products and which offers barservice and a-la-carte restaurant. Besides in our restaurant we offer breakfast and lunch with very good prices. Also we offer a huge variety of tapas every day, from fishes to different kinds of meat as well salads and other variations. Besides the enjoyment of the ocean (beach) we offer navigation in boats from the hotel for groups, our own horse field, optional visit to the Farm in the Sector de las Rosas, where you can view a rustic landscape and spend the day in contact with nature and appreciate the orchard with fruit and vegetable grown for their own consumption and the raise of domestic animals (rabbits and chickens).

We are delighted to have found this country hotel, which fulfils many of the criteria so difficult to find in southern Tenerife, namely its distance from mass tourism areas, with a warm sunny climate and being near to restaurants, walks and the sea. The Fonda central is a modernised, 200 year old coaching inn with eleven rooms. Situated in the centre of the small town of Adeje, it has its own restaurant with separate bar.

The hotel is situated in the historical area of Adeje, 50 m from the city council of Villa de Adeje. Easy access to the beach of Caleta in Costa de Adeje, at a distance of 1 km, from the natural beach as well from the conventional ones. The distance to the airport Sur Reina Sofia is 25 km. For the lovers of golf the closest court is 2 km away. The capital of the island Santa Cruz de Tenerife is about 72 km away from the hotel.

As it is a building of style and design according to the standarts of decoration of past times on the Canary Islands, we offer to the guests the possiblity to go back in time and enjoy the stays decorated in a rustic style, tipique canary and with an air of the past. Each room is different-beds, doors, but all of them emphasize with a welldone peculiar decoration, which puts us in an atmosphere of the 17th century.
